Bylaws

The New Hampshire Blockchain Council publishes its bylaws for members and the public. Platform governance features (quorum, thresholds, notice periods) are implemented against this document — not against comments alone.

  • §3.5 · Board quorum

    A simple majority of Directors constitutes a quorum for Board action.

  • §3.6 · Director removal

    Directors may be removed by a unanimous vote of the other Board members.

  • §3.7 · Vacancies

    Vacancies are filled by a unanimous vote of the remaining Directors for the remainder of the term.

  • §5.3 · Membership quorum

    Member ballots require 15% participation of active members (encoded in platform policy).
